The vision of Revival Legacy is two fold and is based on Mark 1 and Luke 5, where Jesus called the first disciples.
Firstly, Revival Legacy seeks to draw together like-hearted church leaders to build relationships with each other to “prepare their nets” (Mark 1:19). Secondly, we realise that the forthcoming Revival will be too great for any one person to harvest, and that leaders need to cast their nets together to gather the harvest, as in Luke 5:6-7 “...they caught such a large number of fish that their nets began to break. So they signalled their partners in the other boat to come and help them, and they came and filled both boats so full that they began to sink.” Revival Fires' first Revival Legacy two day event was held over Monday 26 October and Tuesday 27 October 2009, and you can listen to messages preached by Derek Brown and Trevor Baker on the connect page. Our heart is that we spend together to strengthen relationships between leaders and churches through Revival Legacy. This is an opportunity for us to share life together as we seek to walk in openness and integrity.
